By providing your mobile phone number to True North Accounting and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:

 You may receive SMS messages from your assigned accountant or our client service team related to your accounting services. These include appointment reminders, document request follow-ups, filing status updates, and responses to your inquiries. True North Accounting does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. 

 Message frequency varies. Typically, you may receive no more than one SMS message per month, with occasional increases during tax season or year-end filing periods. 

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

 By providing your mobile phone number during onboarding, on our contact form, or verbally, and consenting to receive SMS messages, you are opting in to this SMS program. 

 You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from True North Accounting. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive messages from that number. To resume messages, reply START.
