True North Accounting SMS Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

By opting in to or using a text message service from True North Accounting, you accept these Terms of Use. This text messaging service is intended for optional account security and authentication-related communications only.

True North Accounting offers an optional text messaging service for employees and authorized team members who choose SMS-based account authentication for Microsoft Teams or related organizational account access.
Messages are limited to account security and identity verification, including one-time passcodes (OTP), login verification prompts, and closely related service messages such as HELP and opt-out confirmations.
Message frequency varies based on sign-in activity, identity verification requests, account recovery activity, and employee-initiated HELP or STOP requests.

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor technologies.

By opting in to receive text messages from True North Accounting, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use and the SMS Privacy Policy.
Opting in to this service is voluntary. Choosing not to use SMS authentication may require a different approved authentication method.

 By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw this consent by replying STOP.

We respect your privacy. Information provided through this service is used only to deliver account security messages, respond to HELP requests, process opt-out requests, and maintain records necessary to administer and audit the service.
We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers and carriers required to deliver messages.

We do not charge for messages; however, message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency varies based on authentication events and account security workflows.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE. A final confirmation message may be sent.
